Myopia Masterminds

A peer-to-peer mentorship community for myopia management practitioners — connecting experience with ambition, one conversation at a time.

Myopia Masterminds is AAOMC's peer-to-peer mentorship program, a community built by practitioners, for practitioners. In small curated groups, you'll connect with colleagues across North America to discuss real clinical cases, navigate practice management challenges, explore the latest evidence, and support each other's growth in myopia management.

Groups are curated based on experience level and areas of interest, and meet virtually once per quarter during the third week of the month, in the evenings to fit around your busy schedule. We will do our best to accommodate your scheduling preferences when forming groups.

In addition to our quarterly virtual sessions, we will hold a live session and special event at VBD — a great opportunity to connect in person with your group and the broader AAOMC community.

Experienced practitioners who guide each session. You'll prepare discussion topics, moderate the conversation, and bring structure to the group — like leading a peer grand rounds, not a lecture.

🤝 Peer Participant

Open to all members at any experience level. Engage actively, contribute your own cases and perspective, ask questions, and grow alongside your peers. No advance preparation required.
